A major training programme, in which all the company's managers have been trained in Situational leadership that ran throughout 2007 will come to an end in April 2008. The training gives managers a toolbox with which they can support staff in work crews and create an atmosphere that encourages a stronger commitment in daily tasks. Situational leadership forms the base for ongoing leadership development within Billerud.
