As part of Billerud's ongoing SAP S/4HANA transformation journey, we are looking for a SAP Solution Architect Source to Pay, to take overall responsibility for SAP solutions within the Source-to-Pay area. You will play a key part in shaping and developing future procurement and sourcing capabilities, ensuring that SAP solutions support business objectives across multiple regions and business units. 

  
About the role 
As SAP Solution Architect Source to Pay, you will be responsible for Billerud's SAP solutions within the Source-to-Pay stream, working closely with business stakeholders, project teams, Enterprise Architects, and external SAP implementation partners. 
  

You will drive the design, development, and maintenance of end-to-end solutions covering procurement, inventory management, and supplier collaboration. The role requires a strong understanding of both business processes and SAP capabilities, enabling you to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient, and sustainable solutions. 

  
You will work across functional domains to ensure seamless integration between SAP modules, business processes, and surrounding applications, while contributing to Billerud's broader SAP S/4HANA transformation program. 
  

Your main tasks will be: 
· Develop and maintain SAP S/4HANA Source-to-Pay solutions, including Purchasing, Inventory Management, and SAP Ariba integration. 

  
· Ensure that solutions align with Billerud's architecture principles, business processes, and target system landscape. 

  
· Act as the SAP subject matter expert within the Source-to-Pay area, securing end-to-end process and solution integrity. 
  

· Drive solution design activities, support testing, manage cross-functional dependencies, and contribute to the successful delivery of transformation initiatives. 

  
· Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Business Process Leads, SAP Analysts, and Subject Matter Experts to ensure integrated and scalable solutions across business functions. 

  
You report to: Manager Global SAP Applications. 

While the preferred location for this role is Solna, the position can also be based in one of our mills in Sweden. Frequent travel to our Solna office is an essential part of the role. 

Kvalifikationer

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 

- Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA Procurement and Sourcing solutions, including Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management (IM), and SAP Ariba. 

- Proven experience in solution architecture, design, and implementation within the Source-to-Pay domain.

 
- Experience from full-cycle SAP implementation programs, preferably including SAP S/4HANA transformations. 

- Strong understanding of end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes and their integration with adjacent business functions and SAP modules. 

- Experience working with SAP Application Management and continuous improvement in a global enterprise environment. 

- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable, and integrated SAP solutions. 

- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, Enterprise Architects, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams. 
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
