We are now looking for a Senior Supply Chain IT Specialist focusing on Master data

In early 2024, we unboxed an exciting transformation journey, starting to redesign our end-to-end processes and preparing to implement SAP to build a robust and efficient foundation for tomorrow. In this role you will act as the bridge between our business and IT. You will be turning business needs into functional SAP requirements in our Order-to-Cash (OTC) related processes and system support, with a special focus on Master data. You will work at the intersection of Supply Chain, Business Areas, and IT, ensuring seamless collaboration. During 2025 our focus is to build, test and start implementing the new solution and processes.

Your primary responsibilities will be to

• Work from a business perspective in the intersection between Supply Chain workstreams and the Data & Migration team, identifying needs related to our new ERP (SAP) environment - with focus on Master Data.
• Develop and implement the structure for Master Data Maintenance and Master Data Governance in Supply Chain, in alignment with overall company goals - both from a process and tool perspective.
• Drive Continuous Improvements, increasing proactivity and eliminating root causes within the Supply Chain organization.
• Contribute to the continuous development of our operational platform for the globalization of sales and go-to-market strategies.

You will be part of our Supply Chain organisation and the function Business Support. You report to Supply Chain Senior Manager, Business Support. The team has a strong process focus and operates as a cross-functional unit with the goal of creating structural improvements.

The position could be based at any of our sites in Sweden, such as: Gruvön, Skärblacka, Gävle, Frövi, Solna or Karlsborg (Kalix). The role will require some travels to our offices during the program’s implementation phase.

Kvalifikationer

To succeed in this position we believe you are a business oriented person with interest in IT, with following specific experience:

• Education: University degree in engineering, business administration, or equivalent.
• Master Data Governance: Proven experience from an ERP system, preferably SAP (e.g., IBP, PPDS, S&D, TM, EWM).
• Supply Chain Expertise: Experience in Sales Order Management, Planning, and Outbound Logistics.
• Project & Change Management: Experience of working as a project leader, contributing to structured change initiatives in cross-functional organizations, especially related to OTC and business IT systems.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English (oral and written) is required; Swedish is a plus.
