Are you an experienced controller, ready to take the next step into a Group-level role in an international environment?
We are looking for a Group Business Controller to join our Group Finance function. Group Finance is responsible for all group controlling and reporting activities, performance management and finance development projects across the company. This role is a strategic business partner to the Group CFO and Group Management Team, providing financial insights and analysis that support decision-making at the highest level.
Your main tasks will be:
- Drive monthly and quarterly closing processes, delivering analysis and insights to Group Management, as well as maintaining and developing the Management reporting package.
- Act as a business partner to Corporate Functional Heads for cost follow-up and performance management.
- Support the planning and forecasting process for the Group.
- Collaborate with finance teams across the Group to improve processes and ways of working.
- Participate in ad-hoc finance projects.
The position is located at our headquarter in Solna, Stockholm and will report to Vice President Group Finance.

Kvalifikationer
To succeed in this position, we believe you have:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a business controller or similar role.
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge in Power BI (or equivalent) and knowledge in the use of AI tools is meriting.
- Experience with consolidation and ERP systems, such as COGNOS, SAP and Agresso is meriting.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage.
